Phillip quickly demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for the work, and having completed a wood turning course he became an invaluable asset to the company. It’s fair to say that within 2 or 3 years of joining, he was clearly the most versatile and skilled employee I had. He was always hardworking, honest and reliable and keen to learn new skills.
